The predecessor of B.O.D Co., Ltd., Kaniwa Tokyo Co., Ltd., opened its first street-front boutique in Tokyo’s Nogizaka in 1979.
From the very beginning, the owner personally traveled throughout Europe in search of exceptional creations — meeting directly with artisans, negotiating with makers, and carefully selecting each piece by hand.

Today, the company continues this philosophy through original collections, including ANOUK and other signature products.
