For this reason, photography plays a profound role in conveying the true allure of our bags.

To ensure we capture and deliver the exact essence and beauty of each piece, we recently conducted a photoshoot at the studio of a photographer who specializes exclusively in still-life photography.

Setting the Scene

During the shoot, we were required to faithfully reproduce not just the bag itself, but the true essence of its materials—the exact hues, the feel of the hardware, and the delicate texture of the sea glass.

Surrounded by large diffusers and professional lighting equipment in the studio, we proceeded with the shoot while meticulously fine-tuning how the light fell on each piece.

Because this collection places such a profound emphasis on materials—featuring top-tier water-dyed lambskin, authentic Okayama denim, and sea glass crafted from scratch by our artisans—the crucial challenge was how to accurately capture the distinct weave and dimensionality of the fabrics, as well as the ethereal glow of the glass. If the light is too harsh, the rich textures vanish; if it is too soft, the image strays far from the true presence of the bag.

Through precise, ongoing discussions with our carefully selected photographer, we searched for that singular, perfect balance. Capturing the exact color harmony is a delicate art—one that relies entirely on trusting the right creative partner and continuously evolving our approach together.
